1. Open — Remove packaging and open the inhaler by unscrewing to expose the metal cylinder with several holes.
2. Inhale Deeply — Align the holes in the inhaler close to your nose without touching the metal to your nose. Inhale deeply and then slowly exhale fully.
3. Repeat — We recommend completing three full breath cycles to experience the full benefit of the inhaler in a given moment. Repeat this process as often as needed or desired.
4. Care — Once finished, replace the lid and screw tightly back into place. It is highly portable so keep it in your pocket, purse, car, or on one of our convenient keychain holders.

To use it, simply uncap the inhaler, hold it just beneath one nostril, gently inhale, and repeat on the other side. That's it. No diffuser, no dilution, no setup required.
